Maushaus is a zine with 16 pages of settlements and NPCs for the Mausritter RPG. Inside you'll find:

Printing

To print a booklet, download the Booklet Spread file, and print in your favorite PDF software. Select the printer setting to print on both sides of the paper, and flip on the short side. If you'd like, load thicker cardstock into your printer for the first page and you'll have a cover.
